Well, what can I say! I attended #Curlfest in Brooklyn, NY at Prospect Park on Saturday, July 21, 2018 and it was AMAZING!!! This is an event that occurs one time a year, it gets bigger and bigger! This festival of hair was created by Curly Girl Collective. Curlfest is a celebration of curly and natural hair for women, men, and children with many entertaining things to enjoy, such as the music, dancing, photos being taking everywhere, empowerment speeches, and all types of fun. I love this festival because it teaches you to love yourself and know that your not the only one who seems to look or be different because of your hair. There are vendors all around selling their products from food, clothing, jewelry, and of course, hair products.
